Led by S.K. Sharma, P.Eng, MBA, the firm brings together a multidisciplinary team passionate about innovation, efficiency, and long-term sustainability in building systems. From residential complexes to commercial facilities and industrial projects, JRAYS consistently provides design services that are tailored, compliant, and practical.

S.K. Sharma is a  Professional Engineer and the visionary behind both JRAYS Design Group Ltd and JRAY Learning Centre. With over 10 years of combined experience in mechanical engineering, design consultancy, and trades education, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and real-world perspective to everything he leads. He is also certified Plumber,Electrician, FSR B  , thus keeping multidisciplinary knowledge that help in coordinating and understanding project with other disciplines.

Motivated by a desire to uplift others, he founded JRAY Learning Centre, a vocational training school that prepares students for Red Seal certification in Plumbing, Electrical, HVACR, and Gas Fitter trades. There, he actively teaches and mentors newcomers, career changers, and aspiring tradespeople - equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to thrive.

Expanding on his technical and teaching success, Mr. Sharma launched JRAYS Design Group Ltd, an engineering firm that delivers mechanical design services for residential, commercial, and industrial developments. His unique background allows him to create designs that are not only compliant and efficient, but also grounded in practical buildability and within budget.
